How long does interior finishing take in Dubai?

A two-bedroom apartment full refurbishment typically runs 3 5 weeks; a four-bedroom villa 6 10 weeks; a 1, 500 sqft office 2 4 weeks. Painting-only jobs in an unoccupied apartment finish in 3 5 days. Our programme is shared with you on day one and reviewed weekly no vague "soon" commitments.

Materials we specify by default

For paint we recommend Jotun Lady, Caparol, Dulux Diamond or Benjamin Moore Aura all proven on Dubai humidity and UV. Joinery uses BLUM or Hettich hardware and Egger or Kronospan-grade MDF cores. Floors are AC4-rated laminate minimum, or engineered oak with a 4mm wear layer for living areas. We're brand-agnostic if you specify your own we'll match the price and source it.

Yes. Fit-out work needs a permit from Dubai Municipality, DDA or the relevant free-zone/community authority, with a building NOC plus architectural, MEP and fire drawings. Approvals usually take 3 to 10 working days. We handle the full submission for you.

Cat A delivers the base finish (flooring, ceilings, basic MEP, blank space). Cat B is the full custom fit-out: partitions, branding, joinery, lighting and furniture that make the space ready to use. Most clients need Cat B.
